I would like to sincerely thank all of you who have already voted in this year's KOA election for President. Thank you for exercising your right to vote and being part of this democratic process.

If you have not voted yet, I would request you to please exercise your right to vote as soon as you could. The polls are going to close on Thursday December 28^th 2006 at 11:59 PM.

If you have provided only one email for your family, you will get separate ballot emails, one for each voting member of your family, on the same email id. Each ballot email will contain a different user id and password. For simple voting instructions, please click here.

This year's election is of great consequence because it is going to define how we as a community here in USA are going to preserve and protect our culture and heritage and pass the same on to our future generations.

Over the last few weeks, I have shared our vision with you. Simply put, our vision is to create a “KOA of the Future” which is an inclusive, transparent, and responsible non-profit organization.

I have also communicated with you and laid out the agenda that we ought to plan for and execute. The agenda that I have laid out is entirely based on the feedback I have received from all of you and the realities that are facing our community. I would also like to thank all of you for asking very pertinent questions during the debate process. I am hopeful that my simple, candid and honest responses will help you make an informed decision about your most important vote.

In closing, I would once again request you for your vote. I would request you to please look at my record of 16 years of community service. Your vote for me will be a vote for a new beginning for our community here in USA. Your vote for me will be an affirmation for positive volunteerism, progress and results-driven organization.
